With Uncle Ray

A story about my dear beloved nephew Mikey. Where can I began, so many memories stories special times and talks we personally shared of life and of our blessed Savior Jesus Christ. We always talked of how blessed we were to have Salvation through the Savior of the World Jesus Christ. I remember when we got baptized together. We looked into eachother's eyes with excitement; we hugged eachother and told eachother how much we loved Jesus and eachother. We said we are blessed to know the truth and are going to Heaven and will one day live in eternity forever with God and we would never die. We loved to read the Bible together. I remember I would call him or he would call me, and I would preach to him on the sermon's I preached that weekend in church at Realitos Texas. He Loved to hear the word of God with fire coming from my voice filled with the Holy Spirit. He would say "I Love to hear you preach the Word of God uncle Ray. You lift me up." I would tell him give God the Praise for the Holy scriptures. It is not me preaching but God using me to speak to you and his people. I said it's God's Spirit that lifts you up through his word.... It was a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We would pray for our personal Family and Friends to read the Bible to search the scriptures to seek God with all their heart. To have that personal relationship with God. Through Jesus asking for forgiveness of our sins through the precious blood of Christ. Being Baptized with the Holy Spirit. I knew that Mikey was no longer living his life unto himself because he knew his life was bought at a price. He lived his life full of Love for God with Jesus Christ in his heart and expressed it everyday in Love! To know the mysteries of God. I know Mikey is still praying for us to Repent and to be Born Again to surrender our lives to Jesus Christ. "1 Corithians 15-v.47-58 The first man of the earth, earthly; the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthly, such are they also that are earthly and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly,And as we have bourne the image of the earthly,we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Now I say brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God;neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.Behold,I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,In a moment,in the twinkling of an eye,at the last trump;for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immmortality. So when this corruptible must put on incorruption and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin;and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God,which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord."   Love in Christ- Raymond S.Ramos
